Elite Conditioning and Hockey Skills
 
Elite Conditioning and Hockey Skills is designed for Rep/AA/AAA players. This program develops and strengthens each participant’s speed, endurance and overall skills. The drills are challenging and are performed at a level which requires discipline and stamina. This program uses traditional hockey drills with a focus on balance, speed, and agility to enhance a player’s ability to perform on the ice.

Powerskating And Hockey Skills
 
Powerskating and Hockey Skills gives house league players extra practice time while assisting in individual skill development. Since hockey is 95% skating, the Powerskating & Hockey Skills program focuses on proper technique and the “how” to practice perfectly in all areas of the forward and backwards stride, edges, stopping and balance. This program also teaches players proper technique in puck control, passing, receiving, and shooting. Players are challenged in a positive environment allowing them to improve their game play.

Speed, Agility And Skills
 
Aimed to improve the individual quickness of players, the Speed, Agility & Skills program is designed specifically for players striving to advance their game play. With a focus on the technical aspects of skating and puck control, this program’s major focuses on agility with and without a puck. Improvement starts with consistent repetition, sweat and a desire to succeed.

Hockey Tips for Tots (Level 1-3)
 
Hockey Tips for Tots Level 1 Designed for aspiring young hockey players this program focuses on the fundamental skills of skating and explain the game of hockey in simplest terms. Age and skill appropriate drills focus on power skating, puck handling, passing and receiving. Participants should be able to skate forward, fall down, and get up without assistance. Full hockey equipment is required.

Super Hockey Tips for Tots The Super Hockey Tips for Tots program is designed for young hockey players with some playing experience. Drills are taught in the simplest terms to ensure players are learning and developing their skills with the proper technique and patience. Age and skill appropriate drills will focus on power skating, puck handling, passing, receiving, and shooting. Full hockey equipment is required.

Super 6's and 7's The Super 6's and 7's program is designed for players who understand the game of hockey, and have played for at least two seasons. Players develop their powerskating, puck handling, passing, receiving, and shooting while being challenged in a fun and positive environment. Participants in this program must be prepared to work hard and want to improve quickly.
