Stick & Puck
Practice passing, shooting and puck control in a casual environment! Bring your bucket because helmets are mandatory. Scrimmages, goalies, pylons and related objects, unfortunately are not permitted.
Participate in a game of pick-up hockey, or what most of us refer to as shinny. You’ll need full equipment, and must be 18+ years of age to play. Goalies, you play free of charge!
Parent & Tot Stick & Puck Practice passing, shooting and puck control in a casual environment! Bring your bucket because helmets (and hockey gloves) are mandatory. Scrimmages, goalies, formal instruction, slap shots, pylons and related objects, are NOT permitted. All adults must be accompanied by a child; adults must be on the ice participating or at rink side.
Drop In Hockey Skills
The Drop-In hockey skills program is designed as a clinic style format with an instructor. Clinic features a new skill every week which enables athletes to devote extra time to specific skill sets as well as work on their conditioning. Full gear is mandatory. Max 12 Skaters per session.

All Stick & Puck players under 18 MUST have a parent sign a waiver prior to going on the ice.Waivers are available at the front office or can be downloaded from the website (see below).Signed waivers are valid for one calendar year and will be kept on record in the administration office. No scrimmages, drills, formal Instruction or goalies during Stick & Puck. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY.Maximum 24 players per Stick & Puck session - registration can be made in person or over the phone the day of the ice session (payment necessary at time of registration).All Casual Hockey players must be 19+ years old--no exceptions.Full gear is mandatory.Goalie admission is free.Maximum 20 players per Casual Hockey session - registration can be made in person or over the phone up to one week in advance (payment necessary at time of registration).
